CGTS’s main focus is to prepare clients for whatever life may present them. We achieve this through tiered training. Our core training curriculum is demanding and rigorous by nature. Undoubtedly, you will reach new heights in your abilities through this. Like all professional endeavors, you must start at the basics and advance as you master the concepts. We take the same approach. Every client will start at basic and progress to the next level of training. Training culminates once the client reaches the Advanced Level 3.

Basic course (2 days)
It all starts here. This not your “run of the mill” basic course. Clients will be taught the fundamentals to pistol and carbine shooting. Emphasis is placed on load/ unload procedures, muzzle awareness, target discrimination, fundamentals of marksmanship, proper weapons manipulation, kit shake out and the introduction to stress shoots. This course is to standardize the client’s weapons handing and performance. This prepares the clients for progression in their training endeavor with CGTS
Along with shooting, clients will be introduced to basic first aid. Again, these skills will be developed throughout the client’s advancement in training.
Clients receive a verbal assessment of strengths and weaknesses at the end of the course.

Intermediate course (5 days)
CGTS intermediate course is building on the Basic course. Starting with Intro to tactical shooting with Pistol and Carbine. The Instructors will test the client’s knowledge of marksmanship fundamentals and build upon them. You will be asked to move and shoot (tactical shooting), use obstacles in your environment and participate in multiple timed events. This is where CGTS instructors starts to evaluate the client as a “whole” (mind, body, spirit).
Clients will also further their first aid skill set.
End of course evaluation will include instructor debrief of individual performance, strengths and weakness. Upon successful completion clients will advance to next level of training.
Scheduling considerations for clients include the course of instruction taught over two consecutive three day weekends.

Advanced Level 1 course (7 days)
The Advanced level 1 course, again, builds upon the Basic and Intermediate course. We will start with a refresher of tactical shooting skills with the Pistol and Carbine; use of obstacles and terrain, timed drills, intro to fire and maneuver, immediate and remedial actions and first aid. Clients will be introduced to close quarters battle(CQB), planning, teamwork and leadership roles and responsibilities.
Clients first aid skills will be tested through scenario training.
Instructors will conduct end of course evaluation on individual’s and team’s performance. If criteria is met, clients will continue to next level.

Advanced Level 2 course (7 days)
The 7 day Advanced level 2 Pistol and Carbine course encompasses building on our client’s basic level of understanding the dynamic tactical environment (advanced Level 1). Level 2 furthers the clients operational knowledge and puts further emphasis on their problem solving skills. You will be taught and asked to safely clear a multi-level structure with your team(s). You will, also, utilize your knowledge of tactics to solve the multi dimensional problems.
There are multiple team and individual evaluations. Instructors will provide feedback to client(s) outlining their strengths and weaknesses. If criteria is met, clients will continue to the next level.

Advanced Level 3 course (7 days)
The Advanced Level 3 course of training will emphasize a full spectrum profile. Clients will be given multiple problems that require working in a team environment to solve and accomplish the training mission to standard. Clients will be asked to safely clear multi-story multi structure complexes. Also, clients will utilize their first aid and problem solving skills in this phase of training.
This training is the most demanding we offer. Our instructors will be giving constructive feedback to the clients. Again, this is a pass/ fail course. Once successful, the client will enjoy seeing the world in a more objective lens. They will have pushed themselves beyond what they thought was capable. Successful clients that want more experience, will be privy to our expert line of courses.

Basic Land Navigation
Land Navigation with a compass and map is an essential skill for many situations; whether the challenge of a Thru hike on one of our Nations Triple Crown of Hiking or something globally. Section hiking, hunting in the back country, or are you looking for some personal growth in a proctored training exercise? Confidence with navigation skills comes with education and guided practice. Your confidence level will influence how you manage stress and perform during any of life’s adventures. Often how we respond during crisis’ has life and death consequences.
The Staff at Condition Green Tactical Solutions has developed an educational course tailored to our client’s interests. We start with our Basic Land Navigation curriculum; beginning with a thorough explanation of the tools required to successfully navigate, map reading and planning considerations. We guide our students during the practical exercises ensuring that they develop the necessary skills to be successful. With this course we have built in a survival education portion, given the terrain in which students and staff will be working in.
To recap; this course starts with a two day Range instruction covering basic pistol marksmanship. Then we transition into three days of Land Navigation practical exercises, culminating in a final exercise. This class has changed folks self confidence and resolve beyond their expectations.
Expert Course (3-7 days)
The Expert Course is available to all Advanced Level 3 certified civilians, Law Enforcement, and certain military units. The course curriculum will vary depending on the demand of a specific training module. Some of the courses we will offer are:
